Our Personalized Process and Workflow

The Interview...

To get things rolling, we will schedule and conduct a sit down, one on one interview with you. We can meet you at your place or ours, which ever is more convenient to you. This is our opportunity to learn as much as we can about your particular business, club or organization. We will ask all the basics and find out what your needs and expectations are. Our primary goal is to listen and learn how to genuinely help you in your endeavors.

This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you have about any of the services we provide so you have a clear picture of what to expect. Some people want all the facts, and some just want the bottom line. Either way we will provide you with as much (or as little) information as you want so you are not left guessing, but not overwhelmed either. Keep in mind that we will be asking a few quiestions about your preferences. the more thorough you are with us about things such as other websites you like due to their look and feel, what your particular color preferences are and so forth, the sooner we will have a design concept that will fit your needs.

Development Team Formation:

Once we interview you and form an idea of what you are looking for, we assemble the development team with the right members based on which products and services you will require. The team 'think tanks' the project and develops a timeline and cost analysis of the project.

The Proposal:

Once we do our homework and make sure we are giving you the best deal and have all of your needs covered, we deliver a comprehensive proposal to you outlining what we will do, how much it will cost, and how long you can reasonably expect it to take. Once you are happy with the proposal, we collect one half of the development fee up front, and we go into development of your project.

Development:

You will be presented with site mock ups that you will be able to review so you can approve of the basic design concept. Once the basic design concept is finalized, we will provide a test website for your viewing if you like, so you can see the progress along the way. During the development process, our sales representative will be working closely with you and the development team in order to make sure you are kept up to date during the process. They will also collect any content that we might need from you as we go. They will be your go to person for questions, comments and suggestions. You are also welcomed to speak with our development team leader any time you would like as well.

Delivery:

Once we finish with development, we present your project to you and review the intricacies and finer points with you.Once you are happy with the final product, we collect the second half of the development fee and launch your new live website.
